Maintenance Technician for Manufacturing Industry

About the Assignment

A stable and well-established industrial company within the manufacturing industry is now seeking a maintenance technician for its production facility in Östergötland. The operations are conducted in a modern production environment with high technical content and are part of an international group with several units across Europe.

About the Role

As a maintenance technician, you play a key role in ensuring reliable and efficient production. You will work with both preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's machines and production equipment. The tasks are varied and mainly involve mechanical work, but electrical-related tasks are also included.

In case of operational disturbances, you are expected to quickly analyze the problem and take action to minimize downtime. You will work closely with production and collaborate with colleagues in maintenance and engineering to improve availability, safety, and functionality in the facility.

The workday often starts with a joint review of any deviations and planning of the day's tasks. The role involves both independent work and teamwork, in an environment where the pace can be high at times.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented, and enjoys a production-related role. You have a technical interest and like to work hands-on with machines and equipment. We would like you to have:

• Experience in industrial maintenance
• Good knowledge of mechanics
• Basic electrical knowledge
• Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
• Ability to work systematically even during urgent operational disturbances
